ADHD, Physical Health & Emotional Well-Being Kit – S2 Ep 62

$10.00

You’re not imagining it — your whole body feels it.
ADHD doesn’t live in your head. It lives in your gut, your immune system, your joints, your hormones, and your energy. If you’re exhausted, always sick, living on coffee but still foggy, this kit is for you.

Because the truth is: the pressure to “function” while masking, parenting, and juggling an ADHD brain is wrecking our physical and emotional well-being. And we’re not talking about that enough.

This isn’t about becoming a wellness goddess — it’s about surviving the week without crashing.

This kit was made for:

  • You’re chronically tired, foggy, or just feel off in your body
  • You’re juggling meds, hormones, and stress — and it’s all getting louder
  • You suspect gut issues, chronic pain, or weird immune stuff but no one listens
  • You’ve ever thought, “Is this just what burnout feels like forever?”
  • You need real tools, not more guilt or expensive supplements

BTW: Purchasing this kit helps support the ADHD Mums Podcast! Every episode takes time, energy, and behind-the-scenes work. This kit helps cover those costs.’
